the first baby quilt...

T

The top pictures were to show you more of the pattern. The bottom picture is showing you kinda what it's gonna look like. Although I am having a hard time. It was supposed to be 7 " squares, but they didn't work with all of the fabrics, and when I did 6.5 (Cori I shoulda just listened to you!) and used only 18 squares it was not nearly big enough even for a baby blanket. So I added a few and now I have to go back to get some more fabric tomorrow. It was on sale so I am really hoping they still have it. Otherwise I guess I will just be buying another color. Although I was trying to figure that out and it wasn't working very well. Apparently I can only do patterns with up to 3 variables in it ha ha. So I will be back tomorrow to show you what I come up with! Cause right now I only have enough fabric for the front side and some pieces left over for the back. I guess if worse came to worse, I could just put one big piece on the back...although then it's not a true rag quilt is it?!? Hopefully it will all work out!

Wow, you put that together fast. It looks great from the pictures. Can't wait to see how you finished it.

I keep saying I am going to start sewing more but have yet to do it. Someday!

That is too cute! -But yea...I know I can never imagine Mada not being a snuggler. That would break my heart..lol. Mada says some words all day and then I can't get her to say them the next. Did Marlee do this?

Figuring it out one day at a time...
