I feel a little like Martha Stuart, or Betty Crocker because....
We canned 2 cases of peaches on Wed. It took us about 2.5 hours between the two of us...mainly because the first box we were trying to figure out a good system, and the other box we had more than the first box, and we only had 2 canners. But it was fun! And we have 54 jars of peaches. My mom has 2 more cases at her house that my sister and her are going to do this weekend.

You need a canner, and some boiling water to get the skins off. We also poured 100% apple juice over ours, so that we didn't have any extra sugar. |

Does anyone have any good recipes for canning salsa? I want to can some, but I don't have any good recipes...not that I can't google it, but having one that someone else has tried would be better! :)
