Girls weekend

I think I told ya'll already that I joined the local quilt guild. At which I am the youngest person by about 10-15 years. :) But everyone is super friendly, and they make some awesome things sometimes!

So tomorrow morning I get to go to a small town, to a lodge, and spend the weekend sewing and having girl time. I can't explain how excited I am! I do kinda wish there were at least on more person going who was a little closer to my age, but I am getting over it. :)

I have a ton of projects that have either been started before, or I have been wanting to start for a long time, and I am excited to eat yummy food, have fun, and get some things done!

The two main projects I will be working on AND finishing, because seriously with almost 2 full days of sewing...more like almost 3 days...(I am putting in travel to and from and getting everything set up and all that jazz) I WILL get them done. Which are Stef's aprons-which are mainly cut out, and just need to be sewn and put together, and Marlee's dino quilt. Because seriously I can't believe it has taken me so long to do this project! It's a little ridiculous!

Then I have some baby quilts I want to start/finish, and some other quilts I have started but never finished, to work on. Some of the ladies do go into Jackson Hole on Saturday to go to the quilt shop there, and to hang out, but it will depend on if I get my first two projects DONE tomorrow once we get there, or if I am still working on them. Because I am at the mercy of other people going into Jackson, I don't know if they are gone most of the day, or what. :)
